My server is not listed, what’s up?
We are starting out with a select few servers and expanding as funding and
resources allow. If your server is not listed but you like our prices and
instant delivery, send us an email with your name and the server you’d like
us to start selling on.
I found a bug in the delivery process, how do I get rewarded gold?
Send us an email and explain the bug. If we find the bug and it is a
problematic bug, we will reward you with a free gold redemption code via email.
The amount of gold for each bug you help us locate is to be decided.
I got my friend to make a purchase, how do I get rewarded gold?
We want to reward people for referring customers, so if you refer someone
to us and we get a sale, let us know via an email and we will reward you
with a free gold redemption code. The amount of gold for each friend you
refer to us is to be decided.
When does my order expire?
14 days from the date of purchase the order expires. Therefore, within
the 14-day time frame, you need to either redeem the redemption code for your gold
or request a refund.
What happens if something goes wrong with the delivery or the system
bugs out?
In the event of a system failure or delivery issue, please contact us by
email and explain the situation. We will attempt to manually resolve the
issue or correct the bug in the system as soon as possible. If you just want
your money back, we understand that and offer no questions asked
returns within 30 days of placing
your order. We do not accept returns, however, if you have already received
your product or service in game (i.e. we have already delivered).
