Your Account's Security
We have gone through great lengths to design an account system that is just as secure as any online bank. We have
all customer information sensitive pages such as payment forms and account sign in pages secured by 256-bit
encryption via our Geotrust SSL certificate (the appearance of which coincides
with "https" appearing in the website url on these pages). What this means is that before your information is transmitted
over the internet, it gets encrypted into a mess of numbers, letters, and symbols that cannot be deciphered
without the decryption key which is not available to any hacker. This makes the information data transfer extremely safe.
Next, we do not store your sensitive credit card information ourselves nor do we even get this information. This
information is transmitted directly from your browser to Stripe.com who is a major player
in the credit card processing industry that serves large corporations worldwide. They are the ones who store your
credit card information. We do store the last 4 digits of your credit card so that you can see what card you have stored
on Stripe.com when you are editing your payment preferences on our site. We also store your billing address so that
we can mail your redemption card code in the event that this became necessary. We also use your billing address to verify
that your credit card has a matching billing address which we perform using the Address Verification System (AVS).
We also store your ip address so that we can identify when someone attempts to login to your account from another ip address.
If this happens, we force them to verify that they are the account owner by entering in a pin number we send to your phone and
email. This safety step ensures that hackers cannot break into your wowbucks.com account and place orders on your behalf
using your stored credit card. Next, we store a device "fingerprint" of your computer so that when someone from a different
computer or device tries to login to your wowbucks.com account, we require them to enter a phone and email pin number to prove that
they are the original account owner. This all protects you from an unauthorized user breaking into your wowbucks.com
account. We store a photo of your drivers license and a photo of you holding your drivers license so that we can prove that
you are the owner of your credit card or Paypal account that you used to pay us. We store this despite most other companies
not requiring this sort of information because we are a seller of highly liquid, anonymous, easily flipped digital goods
and currencies which are one of the few ideal targets of hackers and fraudsters worldwide. They target digital currencies and
goods that have real world value and can be sold relatively quickly on the open market with complete anonymity. This makes
our goods and services safe to steal and sell compared to most stolen goods. When a product is in the top 5 most desired
products in the world for fraudsters, the seller of that product must do everything in their power to thwart fraudsters. This
means thorough verification of the identity of the person buying the product is critical as this discourages fraudsters and
the majority of them will go find an easier target to perform their scams on. Not only that, but it protects the victims
whose credit cards and Paypal accounts these fraudsters have stolen from having to enter into a dispute resolution process
with their credit card company.

Next, we regularly REMOVE all customer sensitive information from the wowbucks.com web server so that even if
a hacker managed to get into the server, they would not find your sensitive information. Our backend systems clear all
of that. In this way, your information is protected from unauthorized access and can be kept in a controlled, secure
facility protected from physical, or electronic access, use, or disclosure.
